MCAS App

My Child at School (MCAS) Parent Portal

The MCAS Parent Portal is the communication tool used by Tivetshall Primary School. You can access it through a web browser (e.g., Chrome, Edge, Safari) or the dedicated MCAS App.

 

Using MCAS, you can:

  • View your child’s attendance, behaviour, and positive behaviour awards

  • Receive announcements and messages from school

  • Keep track of your child’s progress

 

Existing MCAS Users

To log in, use:

  • The email address the school has on record for you

  • The password you set up when activating your MCAS account

Forgotten your details?

  • If you’ve forgotten your email address, please contact the school directly.

  • If you’ve forgotten your password, click Reset Password on the Parent Login screen. Here's a guide on resetting your password.

     

New MCAS Users

When your child joins Tivetshall Primary School, we  will create your MCAS account and send you a ‘generate password’ email. Click the link in the email to create and confirm your password.

If your email is not recognised, please contact the school directly.
